Attorney, earned her law degree from the University of Genoa with highest honors.
Prior to joining 4Legal, she was an associate with Simmons & Simmons (2006-2009) after several years at the law offices of Prof. Francesco Galgano (2001-2006). She is specialized in M&A, Private Equity, LBO, MBO, corporate joint ventures, transfers of going concerns, corporate restructuring, acquisition finance. Partner at 4Legal since 2009.
