Giacomo Pirotta

Attorney, graduated cum laude from the University of Milano-Bicocca.

Before joining 4Legal, he practiced law in the field of civil law and obtained a PhD in Legal Sciences.

He is an expert in civil procedural law and civil enforcement law, areas on which he has mainly focused his research activity. He is the author of various writings on procedural law published in ANVUR journals and a member of the editorial board of Il diritto degli affari.

He speaks fluently Italian and French.
