Alice Posfortunato

Alice Posfortunato is an Italian Attorney-at-Law. She is registered at the “Florence Bar Association” since February 2013. She graduated in Law (Specialistic Degree) at the University of Florence on the 15th April 2008. After that, she attended the School of Specialization in Legal careers arranged by the University of Florence, successfully ended on the 13th July 2010.
During her course of study and career she particularly gained experience in Civil Law: From April 2013 she dealt with Labour and Social Security Law in favour of companies and business groups (employer side). She is currently mostly engaged on studying Privacy Law connections with the Labour Law and the workplace regulation. She has also gained considerable experience in civil and labour litigation; during the last years, she managed and took part to a lot of negotiations with Trade Unions connected to M&A deal, restructuring and business operations. Recently she successfully attended the Master named “Privacy Officer and Privacy Consultant” (useful to the satisfaction of the specific training condition required for the purpose of obtaining TUV certification as Privacy Officer and Privacy Consultant) and she got the specific certification of competence.
Before joining up with 4Legal, she teamed up with Studio Legale Pinto established in Florence
